Prayer At Unity

Prayer At Unity

Prayer is the foundation of Unity Church. We engage the power of prayer for spiritual service as we open our minds and hearts to God's presence and love.

There is an answer...prayer. Regardless of the appearance of any situation, one thing doesn't change. The spirit of God is in charge. If our minds and hearts are centered in the warmth and light of our loving God, we can expect the perfect outcome in every situation. The truth is, all we really need is an awareness of the presence of God in our lives. The power of prayer is practiced in many ways at Unity Church of Muskegon. We invite you to join us in this powerful energy, which can and does make a difference in our time and beyond.

Prayer Chest

Our Prayer Chest is located on the back table of our sanctuary. Our ministry holds in prayer all prayer requests placed in the chest. We also ask our congregation to remember these requests during private meditation and prayer. All requests remain confidential. We then forward them to Silent Unity, where they are held in prayer for a further 30 days, following which they are shredded and the paper recycled for production of The Daily Word. They are thus released and deployed to the Good of God.
